By accessing and using IQScope's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
IQScope provides software development services including product development, web application development, mobile application development, AI-powered platform development, quality assurance, and staff augmentation services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback during development, payment as per agreed terms, and ensuring they have the right to use any materials provided to IQScope.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code developed for their project. IQScope retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Our SaaS products are licensed, not sold.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include an advance payment to begin work. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
IQScope's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
